The 1/4 chicken was a decent size and nicely seasoned although a tiny bit dry but I"ll take that any day over undercooked. The rice and beans were great- large portion of rice served with the chicken and the beans were delicious, not the usual boring pinto beans- they were seasoned with what looked like cilantro & red pepper. Really excellent. The sweet plantains were perfect but the best dish was the house salad with hearts of palm, cheese & avocado, which came with a fantastic & slightly spicy green goddess dressing and a wonderful smelling fresh citrus dressing. Extremely fresh lettuce and generous amount of cheese- couldve been a light meal itself. The food arrived hot, too. I"ll definitely be ordering from them again!"

"in town for an overnight flight I scanned all the local Jamaican spots for some oxtails. We got the large order with white rice, a side of Fried Plantains (6 Pieces) and 2 Beef Patty. now, I've never had to order rice and peas separately and since my order was already over $60 I decided to just get the white rice. The oxtails were very tender and had a good flavor. The large order was enough for 1 person (we got it for 2) and not enough gravy to give all that white rice some flavor.
The Beef Patty were great as expected. Nice and spicy, flaky crust and hot!
The Fried Plantains (6 Pieces) were good, not as enjoyable as the 2 pieces that came with the oxtails but they were cooked perfectly and 6 substantial pieces.
Vegetable sides were just okay.
Overall, a good, albeit expensive, meal."
