"The Italian Ciabatta sandwich did not include all ingredients. There were no fresh greens and there was an excess of the pickled peppers, causing a completely soggy sandwich. The first time I ordered this item it was great. The bread was crispy and other ingredients were in the correct proportions. It seems as thought these sandwiches are prepared in advance and then stored in the fridge. The food preparation at this shop is hit or miss. I really wish that they would pay attention to customer complaints. After receiving cold soup several times, I will not order it again. The coffee and baked items are very good, especially the Cinnamon Kouign Amman."
