The Cheese & Bacon Fries was about $3 worth of chips with a couple bacon pieces and a tonne of flavourless cheese sauce, arrived cold and bland with undercooked chips for $16.50?! Are you kidding?! The Onion Rings were ok but a very small serving with no seasoning. I have never demanded a full refund in my life, but the photos of what you say you provide are at complete odds to what we received. I'd say 'do better', but I'm not willing to gamble my money to find out if you will."

"I have never ordered from EPIC but have always admired the look of the double cheese burger that stands out on their page. So I decided to try it and it did not disappoint, the double cheese burger beef patties are really thick, fresh and juicy, and was one of the biggest cheese burgers I have eaten. The burger had just the right amount of sauce and it did not over power the burger. I am a bit juvious when it comes to ordering a meal with beef patties as I have found some are full of fat and grissel and puts you off from eating it. I will definately be ordering from EPIC again, great value for the money. The garlic bread with the bacon and cheese was just as delicious, thick melted cheese with fried bacon pieces on top of the garlic bread."
