I also added bacon because I don't like sausage so when it arrived I did remove the sausage and just ate with the bacon. I cannot speak for the flavor of the sausage but there was no way to remove/replace it on the app., but I wanted the spicy aoli and there wasn't a way to add that to a bacon bagel. the onion bagel was so full of flavor that it on is own toasted with butter would have been great. the roasted red peppers and onions on this particular bagel with the chive cream cheese was amazing. I am however only marking this a4 star because I got this one specifically for the heat I thought it would provide. Just a little bit I figured enough for my weak mouth but not over powering. however between the "spicy aoli " and the pepperjack cheese I tasted 0 heat whatsoever. I do still however recommend this exact bagel breakfast sandwich. highly recommend"
