"I was recommended Voodoo Doughnut as the best donuts in Seattle. I'm a bit of a donut connoisseur so I had to give them a try. Unfortunately, while they were quite good, I'm somewhat disappointed. The Apple Fritter was very large but didn't have much of an actual apple flavor to it. The Banana Cream Pie filling was great, but the dough was too dry to enjoy it properly.
I gave the Old Dirty Bastard a thumbs-up because it was very tasty, but I will say that the mix of flavors (Oreos with the peanut butter glaze) conflicted a bit. Would be better as a cookies & creme.
The best one was the Pride Bar — it was simple, flavorful, and properly moist.
All in all, I enjoyed my donuts but did not feel they were worth the price or the hype."

For starters, I think they're definitely over priced. This is a smaller, thicker version of a Puerto Rican Pastelillo and not as tasty. The best empanada was the Chicken Empanada hands down. Juicy, flavorful, good meat to crust ratio. The beef was almost sweet and had a flavor I didnt care for but others might enjoy it, I just wanted to taste beef. The cheese was solid and had no pull, and really no flavor either.
