I knocked them one star because "pickles" means "one pickle chip", which I find to be ridiculous. If you want more than one single pickle, you have to pay the up-charge for extra, and then get way too many."
"They make it hard to customize things (not enough options within doordash, text field diabled). Build Create Your Own Burger does allow most customizations, but costs about $2-3 more if all you wanted was a different kind of cheese (which is me, because I don't love cheddar, but on the flip side, they have more cheeses to pick from than most and that makes it worth it).
