My tuna roll wasn't tempura fried, which is fine but they didn't notify me or sub out the sauce, so it was basically an overpriced sushi roll. I also requested separate bags but they bagged it with a hot rice bowl underneath, which acted as a heater and cooked the plain, raw tuna roll. They also bagged the bowl of ice cream on top of the rice bowl. So it was a melted lump by the time it got here. Absolutely not the same quality we are used to with salt life. The tuna roll was chopped into 6 pieces, 1/2 inch to an inch thick, falling apart, with the avocado rind still attached in one of the pieces. "If there's any review here worth reading, this is the one. I always order the exact same thing here, and every single time I'm blown away. Simply put, the tonkotsu that inoodle makes is better than any I've had anywhere else. The broth carries a very tasteful richness which perfectly matches the flavor profile the rest of the bowl provides. Fantastic portion sizes, and it's even topped with saffron. Generally speaking most ramen places skip out on the noodles and throw in some top ramen, but not inoodle. The noodles are phenomenal, and there's really nothing else to say about it. The boba is great, the apps are great. All in all inoodle dominates Jacksonville ramen, with not a single shop coming close to be considered a rival in terms of quality."
