"You should apologize to the fine folks in Jacksonville, Illinois for the sub standard food as well as the cows that gave their life only to be unalived twice. I ordered 2 of the Bourbon Street Steak* to be cooked medium rare. One was well and the other almost rare. The one that was almost rare was nothing more than sinew. Tougher than a hog's nose. I only got one drink to top it off. The Chicken Wonton Tacos were fairly good. The chicken bits were dry but the coleslaw helped get it down. For over $100 I expected a nice meal. I will never do business here again."
