"Food was good but was given a regular cheese steak instead of Loaded Cheesesteak Fries which was kind of a let down"

"I order the same thing every time. Have ordered maybe five times now. The first two times it was great. The chicken had good texture and seasoning, and the cheese was how its supposed to be. The quality has since declined. On my fourth order the bread and cheese had changed. Today on my final order, the cheese was just melted white slices, Alfredo sauce, soggy bread, different chicken, and missing most of the ingredients. I ordered two chipotle chicken, one with added peppers and onions. One chicken cheese steak with no onions. Received two sandwiches with no onions or peppers. No chipotle anything. "

"Incredibly conflicted. Learned about Peno because I was on vacation in Wilmington and would order from the store near Oleander Dr. I loved it and was so excited to come here and try it. Despite some disappointing reviews, I took a chance. The first thing I want to say is the portions for this store compared to the Wilmington is downright pathetic. There was hardly any lettuce or chicken on my Classic Gyro Sandwich. Thankfully, I ordered a cup of Tzatziki Yogurt Sauce because there was hardly any of that either. French Fries were also a smaller portion. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 3 is because the chicken was delicious. As others reviews have said, it's cut in odd chunks and not slithers like other Penos, but it was phenomenal. Much better than the Oleander store. I'm conflicted. Gyro is a dollar more here and you get less, but for that chicken, I just might be back."

Fried Chicken Wings (12) fried hard, without having to ask, and they are the entire wings not drummettes. Make sure if you're feeding a crowd to get the S10. General Tso's Chicken with a side of white rice, not the individual meal. Even when it's not enough to share, it's still delicious! Their 25. Shrimp Fried Rice may often have some shrimp deveined, and others not, but A for effort due to the taste of fresh shrimp, no freeze dried veggies, and all around consistency! The 48. Sweet & Sour Chicken is usually larger chunks of chicken, but sometimes they can be all small pieces. I'd say hard to mess that up but I've seen it done and I won't jinx it."
