How does one even start, the packaging maintains street food feel (the food doesn't come with a lid, it does come with a wooden peg so that you can be rest assured your chef is not from around here.) The serving, although it doesn't say, you could easily get away with sharing 😉, had to split the meal between lunch and dinner. The meat is simply succulent, very heavy on the nose. It tears apart very easily. My favourite part of the meal was the bread, it is soft and fluffy like back home. Overall I highly rate this dish.
