"we are very very upset customers. we've been ordering Jimmy John's for years. now I do understand lil John's are a small version of your. sandwichs, however 3.90 for a piece of bread now that ridiculous. we ordered 5 lil John's there was absolutely nothing on these sandwiches. one lonely very thin slice of meat the sub bread it came with is usually a decent size , today's bread was as if it was a split open small bread stick. my hand could close all the way around the sub, it was very disappointing , I also asked to have oil and vinegar added to our subs not one had oil nor vinegar. I asked for there to be onions added on my roast beef lil John's. no onions!!! we were on a quick 15 min. break from work so I didn't have time to go ba k or I most diffantly would have. I mean I'm not sure what I even paid for to be honest. worst experience yet with you guys "

"Everything was so good!! pizza crust was crispy and a fantastic consistency. Daughter loved the sub bread, said it was the best she's ever had. Everything tasted and was a temperature as if we were dining in. Definitely ordering from here again!!!"

"I wish the OP would allow us to write special instructions on our food. I wanted the Chef Salad but didn't want the tomato and mushrooms on it so I called and told them. It came correctly BUT there was ZERO turkey or ham on it. I just paid $14 for lettuce, egg, and Ranch (4oz). I also thought the Garlic Parmesan Bread Stix were their mozzarella stuffed bread sticks and was surprised to see these thin sticks. They to taste alright but they are quite thin. I also wish they had their honey mustard sauce on the menu because that's the best sauce there."
