However, I was disappointed to see that not only is each taco $4, but when they arrived there was barely any meat in them at all! The quality and taste of the meat was great, but when you only have a pinch of meat in each tortilla, it ruins the experience. Either the prices need to be lowered or they need to work on increasing their portions. There are other restaurants in town that will give you insane value for the prices they charge. The only saving grace for here is the option for uncommon meats like lengua and cabeza and rare finds like menudo. Speaking of menudo, it was good. But definitely not $14 worth of soup. Maybe $10-12 maximum. They should check out the other Mexican restaurants in town so they can gauge how to set their prices or else I'm afraid they won't be here very long. Solid 4/10: expensive & small portions, but good taste. Just not worth it unfortunately."

Eggplant with Garlic Sauce I order this dish every time I order from this restaurant. the eggplant is tender and has a buttery texture. the onions and carrots are crisp and the bell peppers have just enough bite. I get this very spicy and I asked for it Spicier and they made it perfectly. It's not burning my mouth, uncomfortably, but the flavor and heat is there. You don't need to reach for a drink every bite even at Very Spicy and that's really nice. you can tell the spice is a flavoring and not a torture event. I used the left over sauce to simmer some tofu, and it was great. I will keep ordering this dish. V6. House Style Braised Bean Curd I get this because it freezes perfectly and reheats great. It tastes the same or better after freezing and I have something I can just grab. Now I have a few in my freezer for nights when I don't want to cook. I'm super happy about it. It's a rich and delicious dish and very filling."
