I can see however that the steak was probably cooked perfectly when they took it off the grill. Definitely not disappointed in the flavor and the remaining juiciness, just wanted to give a little tip in case it helps.

The bread/seasoned oil is lovely, and the potatoes are good. But I also ordered a BOWL of Corn Chowder & Lump Crab, which tastes nice; but the 8 oz container is only half full.
