"Our Build Your Own pizza was supposed to have a thin 'cracker'- type crust. When it arrived, we found the pizza to be undercooked, with way too much cheese and a limp, soggy crust. It was so undercooked that the cheese was still white. We had to put it in the oven to finish baking, but there was no saving it. We also ordered Cheese Garlic Bread & Marinara. It's hard to do it badly, but Comensoli's managed to do it. The mozzarella was too plentiful, and the halves of bread were put back together after baking so that they stuck together. We had to peel apart the halves, which left us with soft, undercooked bread and cheese that stuck together on one half or the other. This is a very disappointing experience, and we wish we had that $50 back."

"I have ordered this twice within a week and both times the chipotle cheese steaks were very good actually. But the reason I give a 4 star instead of 5 is that both times I have had missing items. My first order I didnt get the extra side of cheese sauce and side of ranch I ordered as well as the two sauces that are supposed that come with the donut dipper. The second order I didnt get the extra side of cheese sauce, side of ranch, side of chipotle mayo or the desert Brownie thati ordered. I think most of us can agreet that the extra sides of sauces are usually a pretty important part of your meal "

"Poor portion size of steak in sandwiches. Pictures show cheese whiz type of cheese definitely is not any cheese whiz I've seen texture was like kraft singles cheese and was barely any on the sandwiches anyway. Figured it was worth a try but with this expierence and sub par taste of sandwich I wouldn't not recommend "

"I'll start by saying I've ordered from Kazoopy's many times and have never had bad food. I don't know what was going on this time, but everything was over cooked. 5 S. Philly Steak* was so crispy on the outside it was like biting into a rock. BYO 8" Pizza the crust was fine, but the toppings were pretty burnt and crispy. Leads me to believe that the oven temp was too high. Disappointing for sure considering how expensive they are these days."
