The rest of the salad was mostly lettuces with a bit of spinach in a big clump, some sliced sweet onions, four not-quite-ripe cherry tomatoes, a few shreds of carrot, and lots of shredded daikon (or was it jicama? . . . either way, it was almost tasteless). The "house dressing" might be good in coleslaw, but was too sweet for a salad featuring a savory protein such as beef. The salad's almost-saving grace was its large portion. But it would benefit from some shredded cheese (provolone would be nice) and more attention to detail when assembling the ingredients.
