"The evening crew here keeps getting worse and worse. When I picked up my order the worker was on their personal cell phone and it gives the demeanor of not caring. I've had elote at this location before so I know how regular packaging should look. My elote was wrapped in foil and a paper bag. All the flavor, cheese, and tajin melted onto the foil and it was unappetizing each straight plain corn. The build your own burrito was $16 and I accidentally didn't add the filling such as lettuce, tomato and so on thinking it came with it but that was my mistake. However I would think the extra space in the burrito would at least been filled with enough beans and rice with the steak to make a full burrito but it had barely any beans and the beans that were filled in were dry and seems like they didn't have time or want to make a new batch so they scraped the beans from the bottom of a pan and served it in my burrito. I keep going back to sabor thinking it was just a minor mistake but it keeps continuing and I don't want to spend over $30 for meal that isn't even good."

Now the proteins. The sausage was amazing no diddler. Great char and juicy. The ribs were kinda fatty and should be cut individually with more seasoning or sauce still very tender. The pulled pork is alright but I put it in my baked beans and it was fire. Next point the Baked beans need more than just a little ground beef we are in the south again i need brisket or a primary meat in my beans for texture they were kinda soupy but the flavor was nice. Lastly the Sliced Brisket was tender. No crust. Not peppery. But perefct for beans. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The prices werent terrible. I would have paid more and got less other places. Southernpines is good. Very Uncles BBQ type food. I stand on a 7/10. There are not alot of BBQ places in Concord besides the obvious ones.
