Tanaka Spicy soup is one dimensional, there is something missing, like the tonkotsu part of the broth. Tanaka Rich Garlic same with the spicy, it was a bit one dimensional and very raw garlicky. Chicken Bun (1 Piece) this is good, the bun is very soft, chicken is crispy, the cucumber gives it a bite of fresheness. Three stars because this is a ramen shop with "something missing" from the broth, which is the integral part of ramen, the soup base. Was just a tad disappointed, and of course, everything is very expensive."
