"I specifically req in wro on my order to add extra cereal to the pint of ice cream I ordered. Instead it seems they added less than usual. I prefer multiple pieces of cereal in every bite, however at a minimum there should be one piece. My pint of ice cream had a piece every couple of bites. If that were acceptable to me I would buy a $6 half gallon from the grocery instead of $16 for a PINT! Without the cereal it is just plain ice cream. The little bit that I ate while stirring it around trying to get a piece of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in my spoon was not enjoyable and a complete waste of money. With that said, there is at least one employee at this location that knows how to read an order and understands that the customer is paying $16 a pint because they want to taste the flavor and texture of their item choice, but it is few and far between. Unfortunately everyone working there is a teenager, including the manager whom once told me it is literally physically impossible to add extra cereal to the bowl when mixing the ice cream. SMH. In addition, the Chocolate Combustion tonight also tasted "gross" per my adult child. "
