Cucumber's, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, some shredded red cabbage, and green/iceberg lettuce leaves. Be prepared; it LOOKS exactly like tongue in appearance (grooves , veins, etc) and although drenched in too much in olive oil it didn't take the freezer burn taste away. The included house bread with the Vinaigrette Beef Tongue appetizer was excellent. I definitely could have used a whole dozen of those! Sadly after the freezer burn in tongue two the rest of them got tossed. Napkins and plastic utensils also were not included."
