"today instead of ordering my usual tuna poke I ordered a build your own poke with tuna -- plus 9 other ingredients I chose. Now, every time I order poke it is somewhat different, because each is made to order and the makers have their own touches. But this tuna poke was very different and I will be ordering it again. It was huge in ingredients. Many of the ingredients were larger chunks than usual - cucumber for example. and some ingredients were new, such as the pickled ginger I heartily recommend. All in all it was a great poke. and delivery as always was rapid and friendly. The Kabobs & Rice - Steak was also seasoned good and the rice was tasty. The Kabobs & Rice - Chicken had grilled and sliced chicken which was unexpected but it tasted great. "I recently tried Off The Skewer and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price. The portion sizes were minimal in the Hickory Bourbon Style Tips-Chicken entrée, with an insufficient amount of rice, chicken, and sauce. Instead, the dish was overflowing with bell peppers, leading me to think Bell Pepper Extravaganza might be a more fitting name.
Additionally, the taste was quite bland, and while the vegetables seemed fresh, they were undercooked, further detracting from the meal. This was my first experience ordering from this place, and unfortunately, it may well be my last due to these issues. The balance and preparation of ingredients need significant improvement to justify revisiting."

"This was my first time ordering from here, and I was not disappointed! I was skeptical since the location was further away ("extended delivery area"), and time can be a disadvantage to a great tasting meal.
Not in this case! Even though the food wasn't hot off the grill, it was still plenty warm (packaging, and I'm sure the Dasher's help as well!) That did not even matter as everything was absolutely delicious! My mouth literally watered from the Yellow Curry , and the portion size for that, as well as the H. Chicken & Shrimp were more than generous. Even the Tiramisu (which did take a little hit from the delivery distance...I couldn't expect THAT to hold like original), was very enjoyable!
