There was ONE piece of bacon torn in half on the top burger and NO cheese or bacon on the bottom burger. Paid extra for lettuce and tomato. No tomato and a half of a leaf of lettuce. The burgers were so old/dry that they just broke apart. I mean there was no moisture whatsoever in the burgers. See (4) pics showing all of this. I will NEVER order from Wendy's again! In my opinion McDonalds and Burger King far surpass Wendy's and that's not saying much. Wendy's, you should be ashamed to send out a burger like this to your customers. Any establishment that puts out a product like that, obviously, doesn't care about their customers and doesn't deserve my business and hard earned money. I wish they would unlock custom requests on this app, or allow for more customization. Until they fix that (if they ever do), I'm leaving this at 4 stars. "I really wanted to like this dish, considering it was $29. The alfredo was crazy runny and was very bland. I am no food critic, however I do know that alfredo is not supposed to be like soup. The seafood within it was alright, but again for $29 there definitely could have been more crab. Overall just disappointing, and will not get this dish(soup) again. Also the garlic bread was incredibly overcooked. For a sub roll with cheese on it, it should not be that hard. "
