"Great food captures essence of italian style pizza and done well. Everything was just as expected or better the Speck Signature was delicous and so was the Caprese salad. The only exception was the Tiramisu that was watery and not exactly was id expect in a tiramisu. I picked it up in person and tried their boozy coffee as well which were delicious I ordered a RumChata coffee I forget the exact name. Just a little more expensive than id perfer but the price was consistent with the quality."

"Encore is my weekly treat. They're consistent every single time. The ingredients are fresh. The pizza crust is both crunchy and chewy. The cheese is phenomenal. I normally stick to only a pizza but this week I had friend try Encore for the first time. For the occasion I added cheese sticks with all three sauce options. If you're a big garlic fan the cheese sticks are a must! The garlic explosion of the sauce was incredible!out of the three dipping sauces the marinara and vodka sauces were most flavorful. The portion size of the pizza and breadsticks was enough for me to eat two meals and a quick snack.
My friend loved the pesto of the pasta and though I forgot to take a picture of the salad she was impressed with how nice it was for a side salad. She was able to enjoy left overs as well. Encore is a favorite of mine so of course I'll order again."
