The flavors aren't over powering, they're well balanced. I was shocked how much I enjoyed the Hotdog Potato. It's not greasy and has a great crunch that doesn't cut up the inside of your mouth. "the Sandwich and Soup/Mac was delicious and didnt feel too heavy, the soup was still hot and the sandwich was not messy. The Cinnamon Roll was pretty big, a good size for its price.
