"Spicy chicken review. I'm not from the Philippines, so I don't have any particular nostalgic feeling for Jollibee. I recently had their spicy chicken for the first time. Giving it five stars because it was definitely tasty, and had a beautiful crunch. The size was also decent—the pieces weren't tiny at all. The spice level was okay. You won't find it spicy if you enjoy authentic Thai food. The spicy chicken from Popeyes packs a little more heat than Jollibee. The spicy chicken from Bon Chon makes the Jollibee one appear super mild by comparison. Taki's chips are spicier. Most jalapeno chips are spicier too. But again, still giving it five stars because it was still delicious, even though it wasn't spicy for my south Asian tastebuds—but it was excellent quality.
