I didn't exactly get what I ordered, as there was no veal, nor even cheese in the tortellini, only pasta, all the way through. But, the pasta was perfectly cooked. They provided parmesan, but it was neither fresh, nor shaved, it was just stock Austrian powdered, but not vulgar 'chuck-cheese'.
