Unfortunately being taken out, the bread steamed a bit in the foil, but that did NOT affect the flavors at all. I just set it out uncovered while fixing my plate and the extra moisture was gone by the time I was ready to eat. The rice pudding was also delicious and reminded me of homemade by Nanna. The portion was decent. Maybe a little too small for the price, but it was enough to fill me. The avocado was a weird addition, and out of place but I do love avocados so I ate it anyway. I did need to add some salt, pepper, and some hot pepper flakes and the eggs were a little undercooked for my liking. I'd like to see an option for how you want your eggs cooked, because I'd have chosen poached as that's the way I eat them when I make this dish, but the whipped ricotta was a nice touch, and the foccacia was delicious. Give this a try. It was really good."
