The only thing I would change is to take the tails off the shrimp. I really don't like eating a great meal and having to stop to remove tails, lol. I did think the rolls that came with it were over cooked to a dark brown. I also ordered the Beer Battered Onions Rings. I also thought they were over cooked to a dark brown. First, the not-so-good: the Duck Pappardelle was heavy, and it wasn't clear from the description that the Duck would be shredded and, unfortunately, overcooked.
