I have been ordering from this place since maybe 2019. Its always impeccable and delicious. Rice super fresh, black beans with some pork (my kids favorite) always delicious.
And the flan they have over there is the best, not even mine taste that good.
Today I ordered some lunch for me and my family and one item it was left behind. I called them As soon I opened the bag, because it was the first time they did my order wrong.
1- the lady over the phone it was super nice with me, even with my dumbest reaction because I couldnt find the right tool on doordash to ask for a credit. She opened her own app and she was guiding me how to do it.
2- The manager in charge was phenomenal because not only sent me an item it was missed but he included some desserts as well.

"Disappointing Quality – Would Not Recommend
The **Beef Parmigiana** was extremely tough, indicating poor-quality meat (Category 3). Similarly, the **Beef Stroganoff** was mediocre at best—again, the meat was subpar, though the sauce was decent. I would never order either dish or food here again.
While I understand the importance of profitability, serving such low-quality ingredients is unacceptable. Unfortunately, it seems many customers may tolerate this standard when marketed as "Brazilian food," but I expect better.
Additionally, the dishes were overly salty, and the rice was bland. Overall, a very underwhelming meal. "

"I'm a big fan of Fogo de Chao, but was hesitant to have them delivered take-out while on a business trip, because of course you're not getting that FdC experience. I'm pretty sure they only gave me one of the steaks in the combo- it looked like about 5 oz. I ordered all the steak medium rare, and it was all extremely well done. Its like they didn't even try, perhaps giving me the well done pieces that the restaurant visitors didn't want. The filet did appear a bit larger than 8 oz, but being so over well done it had an unpleasant liver taste and was hard to swallow being so dried out. The "sauteed broccoli" was raw and cold, and the greek salad side was just ok. I love the plantains they give you at FdC, and was disappointed they weren't on the menu and there was no way to request them. And after all this- they put in just 2 pao de quiejos. Overall very disappointing and I won't be touching any leftovers. Any of the other steak places would have given me a better meal for the price."
