(2⭐️ reason) Sushi Rolls The rice used for the sushi rolls was extremely sticky. They must've had too much water when cooking rice. The crunchy tempura flakes were still soggy and oily. They need to be dried, so it's more crispy. With the heavily sticky rice and oily/soggy tempura flakes made the rolls just unpleasant and very soggy. Shrimp & Chicken Hibachi The chicken was very bland, flavorless, and extremely dry. First time I've seen and tasted a hibachi dish so oily. So much that it made the (underneath) rice drenched in oil. As a former assistant sushi chef where rice prep was one of my main daily duties and specializing in sushi rolls, the rice needs a lot of work if that's their normal. This was my first time trying here. Sorry but not a place I would ever try again."
