Both gross to us. If I had known that what we were SPECIFICALLY WANTING wasn't available I would have cancelled the order completely. Instead I spent over 30 dollars on donuts that will all be wasted. I was able to submit a request for refund on the ones that were not available as well as the donut holes because they did not taste fresh at all. However I feel that I should get a complete refund because had I known that I couldn't get the apple fritters or what I wanted I would not have went through with the order at all. Not to mention, why would you randomly give someone a bacon donut when some families are vegetarian or do not eat pork for religious purposes? What a poor choice of substitute. And not everyone wants a bunch of junk like cereal or cookies and cream filling on a donut. If I had ordered Outback and they were out of steak I would not get some random substitute.
