Im a professional chef and in my opinon they need to put quality and portion control in place. A gyro plate should be 10-12oz measured everytime that way customer gets what they expect portion wise. For $12 I was expecting a bigger contain or at least a decent fry : cheese ratio. the fries were hard and tasted like old fyer oil that needs a change. There was barely any cheese. Gravy was ok.
