The packaging has a tamper-proof tab that you break off when you open the bowl for the first time. Inside I was impressed that the toppings were separated from the soup by a tray. Since I requested uncooked noodles, I was able to blanch the noodles and bean sprouts to perfect al dente texture at home. This made everything perfect otherwise usually noodles get soggy in soup. The R5 Com Bi Chà Sườn Nướng - Grilled Pork Chop Combo was tasty with a good variety of ingredients. We added on an egg and side of chicken to that dish and the amount of chicken for $5 was way too little (we won't do that again). My P11 Phở Tái Chín had a very flavorful broth and fresh side ingredients. I was disappointed in the amount of noodles and jalapeños given (not enough) and one of the meats turned into super hard fat chunks (not sure which meat that was, but it was nasty). I think I only like the lean brisket and will do only that in the soup next time."
