"I ordered from Casa del Taco through DoorDash, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When I called the restaurant to ask about my order, the woman who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. She simply said, “I don’t know, the order is here and no one’s picked it up—call DoorDash,” with no effort to check or assist. When the food finally arrived, the main dish I paid for was completely missing. Only the sides were delivered. This shows a lack of attention and care on both the restaurant and delivery end. Mistakes happen, but the attitude I received and the incomplete order make it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be ordering from this location again."
