"We got an Egg-Normous Burrito which has, eggs, bacon, cheese, Hash Browns , and a sauce. The options to take off or add anything were egg, cheese, and picante (which I thought was the sauce). There were no other options to change anything. I opted to leave off picante. I wanted to leave off the Hash Browns , but there was an option to. So, I went to "special instructions" so the restaurant could leave them off. But, this BK has chosen not to take instructions from their customers. I thought, ok I'll just take the hash browns off. But, the sauce on the burrito is apparently not the picante I requested to be left off. It had some kind of spicy sauce on it that I didn't like at all. The Ham, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich is fine. I just prefer the ham to be cooked unless it's super thin. That's my personal preference, and now I know not to order that again."
