Flour tortillas are the best EVER, and they are at least 12 inches in diameter, and very thin. PRO FAJITAS LOVER TIP: .Fold the tortilla in half before assembling and you should still have a massive fajita taco with the strength of a stronger tortilla doubled in half to be able to hold the contents without breaking the fajita. The sweet caramelized onions and lime pepper butter are chefs kiss. Perfection. I can eat my weight in them and they are my fav food EVER, and I have loved them since the day I first tried them in Houston. Always 10/10. "
