The spinach added was barely cooked. Listen, I'm no certified chef, but I swear I can cook. Today was a lazy day for me. This restaurant needs to fired the chef and hire me. I'll even challenge them to a cook off and let the customers decide who dish is better. Crab Cakes were okay but it was highly too much going on in them. Focus on the just the crab because it doesn't need all that corn and different peppers in there. Now the side salad with the white balsamic dressing was my favorite which don't make no sense lol.
