One bowl could easily serve two people. I also loved the fresh toppings- the bean sprouts were perfectly crunchy, and the sliced onions added a sweet sharpness that brought everything together. The noodles were soft. The eggrolls were crunchy on the outside and packed with a flavorful filling of pork, cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots. Every bite had the right balance of savory and sweetness.
