"The pizza was burnt. The toppings were burnt black. The crust was hard and dark brown. I was very disappointed. I have never had any problems out of Pizza Hut until last night. The employee shouldn't have put a burnt pizza in a box for a customer. They should have remade the pizza even if it mean closing the store late. I ordered through Door dash, so I will have to reach out to Door dash for my refund. I just spoke with the manager and it's almost as if she was trying to defend the employees. That's fine because they have truly lost my business."
