I asked her if she could replace it for something else. She told me to come back and we can see. So, I went back and instead of her hearing me out, she insisted that it was tender and that’s the way it’s supposed to be. She proceeded to dish out more of the meat to let me sample and stated that “it’s ok” and then she put some oxtail juice and a few bones on top to appease me. She refused to replace the entire meal.
