The chicken inside was diced rather than shredded, I’ve never had an enchilada with diced chicken before. This perhaps led to the dryness of the meat. Any time we tried cutting it to take a bite all of the chicken would fall out. There was nothing else inside either, just dry diced chicken. Because of the dry nature of the chicken I feel there should have been sauce inside the enchiladas as well or that the chicken should have been cooked with significantly more sauce. The overall flavor was also almost non existent and honestly tasted a bit off to us. "

"Boludo's delivery is hit or miss, but I always come back, so must rate 4 stars. We always order the Margarita pizza and the Pepperoni pizza. This time it was delicious. The pepperoni pizza is rarely as pepped up as the photo and today was no exception, but it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Boludo clearly uses high quality ingredients, and the crust, sauce, and cheese are fresh and flavorful. The Margarita was perfectly cooked with plenty of cheese and toppings. So glad we ordered tonight! "
