Cloud foam was all melted on the Osmanthus Cloud Milk Tea 云桂晚酌. Drinks were not available for pickup until 5 minutes after shop was "closed" at 10pm."

I used to go to Bruegger's often when I lived on the east coast, it is good to see the chain hasn't compromised at all from location to location."

"Tiramisu latte is incredible. All the lattes are great but that one especially. Unlike some other coffee shops that will go unnamed, the consistency at this place is flawless. There is no inept "B team" that forgets to put sugar in your drink if you order on the wrong day. If you make modifications to the recipe they always fulfill them. Also, croffles are an ingenious innovation and I'm immensely gratified for having been introduced to them. Chocolate croissant is incredible, it actually tastes freshly prepared, very flaky unlike said other coffee shops' chocolate croissants. The croffle sandwiches are surprisingly good as well. I never review restaurants but I felt obligated to after like 20 orders all going perfect. I know not screwing up your order is the bare minimum, but other coffee places have like a 30% failure rate. All around 5/5. My only critique is I wish they had a larger size for drinks, like 20 oz. or something."
