I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. "the COMBO 3 (MAC-CHEESE) is small for the price. there's a thick layer of grease on the bottom of the container. the macaroni and cheese is very watery and tastes like box mac. with some weird thousand Island sauce on top. the waffle fries are soggy and very stale tasting and couldn't even be revived in the air fryer, which says a lot. honeydew smoothie was good, but is also overpriced for what you get."
