The chicken doesnt have chewy chunks of conective tissue, so it appears that they use care when cutting the chicken up. The beef is tender and has a great and distinct flavor. My go to teryaki without a doubt. "

"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting. We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

"Love to see inventive veg roles and the Dubu delivers a nice variety of flavors and textures. It balances more on the sweet than fermented side, but generous addition of the Real Wasabi got it to the right place for me. What a treat to have real Real Wasabi instead of the usual powder-based paste! Worth the add-on charge for a true wasabi lover. Initially thought the portion of Dubu looked too small because it's only four pieces, but you can see there's a bunch of components hanging off of each end. For a more hearty appetite I would add edamame or maybe order a second roll."

"A caveat to start - I'm not raw fish fan. So - Ordered gyoza, tuna roll, deep fried prawn roll, tobicha (sp?) roll pieces. Overall items were fresh and it was ok. Disappointed that the prawn roll had a spicy sauce in it (not shown/described on menu). The fish egg bites had plenty of eggs. They do not have a seared tuna offering, also disappointing. Presentation was nice, gyoza warm, and the ginger and wasabi was well away from everyone else, making it easy to avoid. Reasonalbly priced for the portions. I'd order again if a guest wanted it, but otherwise will go back to my usual sushi place."

We ordered the crunch roll, California rolls and crab Rangoon. Very simple rolls and pretty hard to get them wrong. The crunch roll was burnt and very hard to chew. The Cali roll only hand crab and a couple pieces of avocado. It had very little taste. Plus, the size of the rolls were very small. Crab Rangoon was the only part of the order that was tasty. "

As well as the Birria tacos with the Consume, incredibly flavorful, the meat melts in your mouth, crispy tortillas, gooey cheese. 10/10 recommend Fuentes de cafe!"

"Fuenta De Cafe is a hometown gem! Service is superb. Their salsa on chips or dumped over your meal can't be beat. Their carnitas is flavorful crispy and addicting. Can't say enough about this little gem of a restaurant. Tonight I went in for salsa only and they said on the house, this restaurant appreciates their loyal customer base. Tacos are in point and prices are reasonable."
