"Tankatsu Ramen was good the actual pork was so much better than where I typically order ramen (which was closed) but the ramen noodles are better at the other place. Given a choice I would rather have the better pork. I didn't know what a half pint of ginger was on the menu since door dash doesn't offer descriptions, but I was thrilled when fresh peeled ginger showed up. I love ginger but hate peeling it! More places should offer this. I put some in the soup and it enhanced it. The price is a bit much for this ramen but likely it's DD price hike and eating in-house would be more reasonable. "
