"Bar Barone makes and delivers the BEST soups. Nutritous, just like Nonna made. My fave is the Lentil Soup which comes with LOTS of delicious chopped veggies, and 2 slices of lightly grilled sourdough. The sourdough is to scoop up the veggies with! They stick in the bubble holes of the bread, which is stiff so you don't even really need a spoon as such. The broth is tasty and yummy with some flavour I can't guess, and it even has a little yummy black pepper! SUCH as awesome winter meal. Must eat in 1 sitting, so please be HUNGRY WHEN ORDERING! :) My dasher was prompt and helpful, too. Found me and sent the photo. TY, Dhurba! I thought i was getting this free and didn't notice i was charged full price. however,i was hungry by the time arrived. i ordered the Seafood Pack. it was still hot when it arrived. a little bit too oily, but the fish was fresh. the chips were ok. i normally don't eat prawns or calamari, but i had one of each and they were good. the calamari was not rubbery. cooked to perfection. the pan did have some shell on the tail still but it was fine. i couldn't finish everything. it came with a wedge of lemon and one tartare sauce. for such a big box, you'd think they'd throw in another!"
