"This is my favorite restaurant in Denver- I have to have one of their Bison (1/3 Lb.) burgers almost on the daily. The menu selection includes a variety of burger options- some including the likes of wagyu beef, bison, and elk- always fresh- made as close to perfection as my pallet can grade. But the secret weapons? Their house made sauces, toppings, and jams served while live jam bands are keeping the atmosphere lively- and the GOAT cheese is by far the best I have ever had. As you can see, I prefer to pair the bison patty with only a slathering of said local green onion/goat cheese concoction (SO GOOD). And also availabe as a dip with house made crackers for those who are looking for something a little less meat. I must say its 20/10 delicious. The awesome staff is always friendly and genuinely seem to love the place too. Whether dining out or in, the food is always a steal with fair pricing, delicious appetizers/entrees and even delectable assorted desserts at times! I could write even more- but have some of the crispy fries left to eat and need to .. eat them! Ha. This really is a favorite of mine in Colorado as a whole, so if you are in the area-I recommend stopping in, taking a look around- grabbing a menu- knowing you cannot easily go wrong- and grabbing some of this groovy grub whilst enjoying the music/ambience, food for sure (with the kitchen open late), and of course a signature beverage and/or brew. I doubt you will regret it! I Never have : ) "

We had minestrone with the Chicken Piccata which had a very good sauce, but the soup seemed like it came from a can of soup from the grocery store. The Limoncello Mascarpone Cake was very good. The Mixed Green Salad had good quality greens also."
