Sorry I assume these people are well-intentioned but they would get ripped to shreds by any food critic worth their weight! It does appear they're under new management, as some of the menu options have changed (they let you leave notes, etc). The issue also is they charge extra fees like $5-10 to deliver outside of downtown, and there's no reason for that, because they're not losing money unless it's a DoorDash issue, but I always used to order from Made in Italy (best everything you've ever had in your life), and they never charged those fees... The iced coffee wasn't bad, though, just really small cup, but that's not horrible. "
