I've noted that sometimes the sweetness or saltiness of the Garlic Soy (Dipping Sauce) and oil content in the chicken varies sometimes BUT that just says to me that it's small batch and homemade. Despite the variations, the food is still consistently good. For me, the portion size is perfect for the price. I always get the Garlic Soy GFC Rice Bowl with no egg. It's not too much and isn't skimpy either. I had half the bowl for lunch and the other half for dinner later. Not too stingy or too liberal with the meat or the cheese either. However, I do have to order an extra sauce every time because by the time it's delivered, the sauce has soaked into the chicken and can't coat any rice."
