I ate 2 or MAYBE 3 fries and the flavor was not there at all! I've had ribs from Applebees from different locations and haven't had this issue with the quality of the food before. Not sure if because of the time of night that maybe they weren't that fresh. I'm willing to try them again but not that late at night anymore. And the sinigang had variety of vegetables as well including okra, eggplant, string beans. They don't skimp on ingredients, and portions were large! You get what you paid for. I was impressed that the next day I ordered beef caldereta and bistek tagalog. Those two did not disappoint as well! Huge portions, extra onions in bistek tagalog, extra potatoes, carrots, green peas in beef caldereta. I don't usually write reviews but Uncle's deserve one! I hope they keep this consistency.
