The Pork Chashu Bun was packaged in the bag on its side, so it had completely fallen apart; the meat portion in it was generous, but it was fairly dry and unflavorful. The Hawaii BBQ Beef was decently cooked, but barely had flavor, so if I had not happened to order a side of Hawaiian bbq sauce it would have been really bland (and for $1, they only gave a half ramikan). The Hawaii Original Katsu was overcooked, and didn't come with any dipping sauce---and even though I ordered no rice, it came sitting in a container on top of rice. My boyfriend's Taro milk shake was extremely sweet he said, but nice and thick. My boyfriend like his Spam Musubi (2), but wished it had a sauce to dip it in so made one for himself. "My husband enjoyed his Balsamic chicken salad. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy mine, which was a build your own. It was missing several items ( extras I was charged for ) and honestly, paying $20 for a salad, that didn't even have any chicken in it, felt like a huuuuge rip-off. Additionally, my "jammy egg" was a couple of pieces of half an egg, squooshed on the side of the bowl, with no yolk at all. We asked for bread but none was given. The avocado, that I was charged for, was two small pieces. If I'm going to be charged $2 for it, I expect more. and I don't think that's unreasonable. Sorry but I can't recommend."
